Top 3 star hotel and conference centre in Staffordshire requires a Regional Sales Manager with a strong hotel background to cover the North. You will have good field sales experience within hotels and at least 3 years in the conference and corporate market. You will be tapping into local business and proactively upselling the hotel and conference services across the whole of the North UK catchment area, so therefore knowledge of that area is an advantage. You will work to revenue targets and manage accounts of existing clientelle. High levels of sales ability, hospitality knowledge and team leadership skills are required. Salary will reflect level of sales ability and experience and there is also a bonus, car, laptop and business calls are reimbursed.
